Discover Passive Edge Homes through one of our many avenues. Give us a quick call or fill out the online enquiry form to register your details.

Project Enquiry
We will then send you a new client enquiry form to get the right information about the job so we can assist you the best way possible right from the start. We will also send you an information kit so you can discover the wonderful world of Passive Edge Homes.

Project Scope
Our first consultation will be scheduled where we discover your lifestyle, desired outcomes, project time frames, location and budget.

Project Costing
Next step is to enter into a ‘Preliminary Service Agreement’ (not a building contract) where the costs
are outlined from the onset so you know exactly
where you stand from day one in order to obtain a comprehensive quotation.
Note: This fee will be deducted off the final building contract amount when we proceed.

Project Planning
We will then consult with the required people from our network of specialist designers, architects or engineers depending on the nature and scope of the project. All the relevant plans and specifications will be obtained and thoroughly reviewed. We will work through this critical stage to make sure all your expectations are surpassed and any potential issues are dealt with before works begin.

Project Quote
A detailed quotation including all the desired fixtures and fittings will be provided. Upon acceptance of the quote, the relevant contracts will be issued ready to sign as well as evidence of all compulsory insurances that must be held by us. The deposit will be paid and once this is received we will then schedule in a start date.

Project Construction
Construction will commence with regular progress reports and invitations to attend site at key stages
of the build with a member of the team to witness the unfolding works.

Project Completion
Handover and completion of your new dream space!

and workmanship where we also offer our valued clients a 90 day maintenance period from the date of handover for added piece of mind.
